What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. For most pieces it's between 4 and 12 units per model. Lower MOQs are possible for trade accounts with a track record of repeat orders. We never charge a "small order fee" - if we accept the order, we accept it at the agreed price.
Can I customise dimensions, leather colour or hardware?
Yes. Customisation is what we do. Change the dimensions by up to 20%, choose any of our five core leather colours, switch the wood finish, add contrast piping or change the studs. We'll quote a fair price for the change - never a "custom premium".
What is the typical lead time?
45-60 days from confirmed order and deposit, for sea freight to most major ports. Air freight available on request at actuals. We share a stage-by-stage production timeline with every quote, so you know exactly when your pieces leave the workshop.
Do you offer free leather samples?
Yes. We ship physical leather swatches in all five core colours, plus samples of every wood finish and brass-stud variant, free of cost to verified trade buyers. Samples are sent by DHL and typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
What payment terms do you offer?
First orders: 50% advance with order, 50% against copy of shipping documents. Verified trade accounts with a track record qualify for Net-30 terms. We accept bank transfer, irrevocable L/C at sight, and Trade Assurance for select platforms.
